You are seeing this page for one of two reasons:
- This account has just been created and the web server has not yet
reloaded with this account information.
You should wait for a few hours. The web server reloads periodically as
it needs to rebuild its configuration file. When it does your account will
be added and you'll be able to see it.
- You have entered the IP address of your hosting plan.
Your hosting plan does not allow you to access your account with just its
IP address. Your hosting plan shares its IP address with other customers
so to access your web site you *MUST* use your domain name. If you
have requested Hagen Hosting register or transfer your domain name we will
process this shortly after your order. For domain transfers we will send an
e-mail to request the required information. The sooner you fill in the
form in this e-mail and send it back to us, the sooner your domain will be
transfered. We cannot transfer it without this information. If you said you
would register/transfer the domain then you will need to do so to access
your site via a web browser.
